With over 35 years of investigative experience, Robert Mitchelmore brings a wealth of expertise in law enforcement, compliance investigations, and officer safety training. His career spans policing, regulatory enforcement, and private investigations, making him a trusted expert in local government investigations, evidence gathering, and legal compliance.

Robert began his career in Victoria Police, where he served as a Police Officer and Detective for 14 years, before transitioning to regulatory investigations. He has held key roles, including Principal Investigator for the Plumbers Licensing Board in Western Australia and Chief Gas Inspector with Energy Safety WA, managing high-risk compliance matters.

Since 2010, Robert has led RYT Business Solutions Pty Ltd, specialising in investigating offences under building, planning, and public health legislation for government agencies, including the Victorian Building Authority (VBA), Architects Registration Board of Victoria (ARBV), and multiple local councils.

At RYT Training Solutions, Robert provides specialist training in officer safety, situational awareness, evidence gathering, and investigative techniques. His extensive experience in search warrants, compliance enforcement, and conflict resolution ensures that local government officers are equipped with the skills and confidence to enforce regulations effectively and safely.

With over three decades of frontline law enforcement experience, Stuart Bateson is a highly respected expert in investigations, operational safety, and conflict resolution. His extensive career with Victoria Police saw him take on crucial roles in homicide investigations, organised crime, and counter-terrorism, developing a deep understanding of investigative processes and high-risk operations.

Stuart spent 12 years with the Homicide Squad, leading complex investigations, preparing legal briefs for the Supreme Court, and mentoring fellow officers. As a Victoria Police Commander, he played a pivotal role in developing community outreach programs, strengthening trust between law enforcement and the public, and forming award-winning partnerships with public health and academic institutions to address key social challenges.

Since retiring in 2021, Stuart has transitioned his passion for law enforcement into training and mentoring, equipping local government officers and compliance professionals with the skills to investigate effectively, manage risk, and handle challenging situations with confidence. He is a Rotary Peace Fellow and holds a Graduate Diploma in Counselling, further enhancing his ability to teach de-escalation techniques, conflict resolution, and officer well-being strategies.
